At K-Life, leadership is about guiding, inspiring connection, inclusivity & growth.

Our leaders

Our leadership team embodies the values that make our community strong: we do what we say, we watch out for each other, we embrace innovation, we support choice, we work together.

K-Life is governed by an honorary Board of Directors, elected at the Annual General Meeting and meeting Constitutional criteria.

We employ over 130 staff across nursing, care, administration, hospitality, maintenance, and operations, supported by dedicated local volunteers assisting with transport, chaplaincy, activities, meals on wheels, and gardening.

The Auxiliary, organises events to raise funds for medical and equipment upgrades while promoting awareness of our financial needs.
