Nancy Brunton Place

Small-scale residential care

Nancy Brunton Place (NBP) offers small-scale residential care in a cottage-style environment, where residents maintain independence, connection, and fulfilment. Designed for older Australians and those with younger onset dementia or complex care needs, NBP provides a warm, non-clinical setting that feels like home.

At the heart of NBP’s approach are House Coordinators, who work alongside residents, building genuine relationships instead of wearing uniforms. They support residents with daily tasks, personal care, and household activities—from gardening to meal preparation—while encouraging continued community, family, and social engagement.

Residents enjoy autonomy and choice while having access to registered nurses, allied health professionals, and care coordinators for ongoing support.

As part of our dementia-friendly approach, we offer a Dementia Support Group for caregivers to connect and share experiences. We are also exploring the creation of a Dementia Alliance to foster a more inclusive community for people living with dementia.

Nancy Brunton Place is a commitment to dignity, independence, and meaningful connections.

Palliative care

We provide holistic end of life care for your loved one, prioritising their quality of life and ensuring their comfort and dignity. Our advance care planning respects their wishes, offering peace of mind to you and your family during this challenging time.

What to expect from palliative care

Our compassionate nurses deliver tailored medical and personal support, assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, and daily tasks. We focus on creating a calm, nurturing environment where your loved one feels valued and cared for. Throughout this journey, we offer reassurance and guidance to you and those who matter most.
